Cancelling.
Cancel RaceCraft Pro at any time from My account → Manage subscription. It does not renew again and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
14 days to change your mind.
Within 14 days of your first payment of a subscription you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. This also covers the right of withdrawal of consumers in the European Union.
How.
Refunds are made by Paddle, who charged you. Use the link in your Paddle receipt (paddle.net), or write to contacto@corpo.solutions with your account email and we will sort it out.
If Pro did not work for you because of a problem on our side, write to us too.
Deleting your account.
Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once. Within the first 14 days you can still ask for the refund.
